A manufacturing device for lifting yarn is provided. In one embodiment, the manufacturing device comprises: a supply unit supplying yarn; a processing unit manufacturing the lifting yarn by forming multi-directional cogs on a surface of the yarn supplied from the supply unit; an assembly unit manufacturing a lifting yarn assembly by assembling a tube and a cover to the lifting yarn manufactured in the processing unit; and a packaging unit sterilizing and packaging the lifting yarn assembly manufactured in the assembly unit.
