The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a biodegradable composite fiber with excellent biodegradability and spinnability. The present invention relates to a biodegradable composite fiber comprising 30 to 70 wt% of a core part, and 30 to 70 wt% of a sheath part containing low-melting point polylactic acid (PLA). 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 생분해성이 우수하고, 방사성이 우수한 생분해성 복합섬유를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 폴리유산(PLA)를 포함하는 코어부 30~70 중량%; 및 저융점 폴리유산(PLA)를 포함하는 시스부 30~70 중량%;를 포함하는 생분해성 복합섬유이다.
