본 발명은 건조 쌀국수 면의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 준비된 원료를 이용하여 쌀국수 면을 제조하는 쌀국수 면 제조 단계; 제조된 쌀국수 면을 건조 설비로 이송시킨 뒤, 5 내지 30분간 건조하는 건조 단계; 및, 건조가 완료된 쌀국수 면을 준비된 포장 용기에 담아 포장하는 포장 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
