The present invention relates to a visibility system, which is provided in a measurement place to measure visibility. The visibility system according to the present invention comprises: a main body unit that embeds any one between a sensor and a filming device and is formed with an opening to allow light to be introduced to anyone between the sensor and the filming device; and a housing unit which is provided in the main body unit to cover a measurement direction of anyone between the sensor and the filming device from the opening. The housing unit comprises: a side surface plate which is provided to have a certain length in the measurement direction from both side surfaces of the opening; a housing unit which is provided between both upper parts of the side surface plate to cover the upper parts, is formed in a conveyor belt type having a belt unit making a round of shafts provided on both end sides of a lengthwise direction, and is provided with a bar-type protrusion on a lower end of the belt unit; and a motor unit which is connected to any one of the shafts and transfers rotation force to the shaft to move the protrusion provided in the belt unit in a disto-proximal direction from the opening. 측정지에 구비되어 시정을 측정하는 시정계에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 시정계는 센서 및 촬영장치 중 어느 하나를 내장하고, 상기 센서 및 촬영장치 중 어느 하나로 빛이 유입되도록 개구부가 형성되는 본체부; 및 상기 본체부에 구비되어 상기 개구부로부터 상기 센서 및 촬영장치 중 어느 하나의 측정방향을 커버하는 하우징부;를 포함하고, 상기 하우징부는, 상기 개구부의 양 측면으로부터 상기 측정방향을 따라 일정 길이를 갖도록 구비되는 측면 플레이트; 상기 측면 플레이트 양 상부 사이에 구비되어 상부를 커버하고, 길이방향의 양 단부측에 구비되는 샤프트를 일주하는 벨트부를 구비하는 컨베이어벨트 타입으로 형성되며, 상기 벨트부의 하단에 바 타입의 돌기가 구비되는 하우징부; 및 상기 샤프트 중 어느 하나에 연결되고, 상기 샤프트에 회전력을 전달하여 상기 벨트부에 구비된 상기 돌기가 상기 개구부로부터 원근방향으로 이동시키는 모터부;를 포함한다.
