The present invention relates to a vision inspection device for a medical container. The vision inspection device for a medical container includes: a container transfer unit (200) consecutively transferring a transparent medical container by a pair of conveying chains (210); a body inspection unit (300) installed on a transfer path of the container transfer unit (200) and photographing a body and a side of the medical container; an exterior inspection unit (400) photographing the bottom and the front side of the medical container passing through the body inspection unit (300); and a defect discriminating unit (500) discriminating whether the medical container is defective through a body image, a side image, a front side image, and a bottom image photographed by the exterior inspection unit (400) and the body inspection unit (300). The exterior inspection unit (400) includes: a front side inspection camera (410) horizontally arranged on the outer side of the conveying chain (210) and photographing the front side of the medical container; a front lighting board (430) radiating light toward the front by being installed in a direction facing the front side inspection camera (410) around the conveying chain (210); a bottom inspection camera (420) installed to be inclined on one side of the front side inspection camera (410) and photographing both the body and the bottom of the medical container passing through the front side inspection camera (410); and a side lighting board (440) installed in the direction facing the bottom inspection camera (420) around the conveying chain (210) and radiating the light toward the bottom inspection camera (420). The vision inspection device for a medical container can improve inspection accuracy. 본 발명은 의학용기 비젼 검사장치에 관한 것으로서, 투명한 의학용기를 한 쌍의 이송체인(210)에 의해 연속적으로 이송하는 용기이송부(200)와; 용기이송부(200)의 이송경로 상에 구비되어 의학용기의 몸통과 측면을 촬영하는 몸통검사부(300)와; 상기 몸통검사부(300)를 경유한 의학용기의 전면과 바닥을 촬영하는 외부검사부(400)와; 상기 몸통검사부(300)와 상기 외부검사부(400)에서 촬영된 몸통이미지와 측면이미지, 전면이미지 및 바닥이미지를 통해 의학용기의 불량여부를 판단하는 불량판별부(500)를 포함하며, 상기 외부검사부(400)는, 상기 이송체인(210)의 외측에 수평하게 배치되어 상기 의학용기의 전면을 촬영하는 전면검사카메라(410)와; 상기 이송체인(210)을 중심으로 상기 전면검사카메라(410)와 마주보는 방향에 구비되어 정면을 향해 조명을 조사하는 정면조명판(430)과; 상기 전면검사카메라(410)의 일측에 경사지게 구비되어 상기 전면검사카메라(410)를 경유한 상기 의학용기의 몸통과 바닥을 함께 촬영하는 바닥검사카메라(420)와; 상기 이송체인(210)을 중심으로 상기 바닥검사카메라(420)와 마주보는 방향에 구비되어 상기 바닥검사카메라(420)를 향해 조명을 조사하는 측면조명판(440)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
