Summary: | The present invention relates to a silicon carbide powder for atmospheric pressure sintering using silicon recovered from waste solar panels, and more specifically, to an economical and environmentally friendly silicon carbide powder by reducing process processing steps and reducing environmental pollutant emissions, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of (a) recovering silicon from a waste solar panel; (b) mixing the silicon with a carbon black powder; (c) reacting the mixture at a temperature of 1,375 to 1,425℃ for 2 to 6 hours; and (d) grinding the sintered powder.
본 발명은 태양광 폐패널로부터 회수된 실리콘을 이용한 상압소결용 탄화규소분말에 관한 것으로, 공정단계를 줄이고 환경오염물질 배출량을 줄여 경제적이고 친환경적인 탄화규소분말 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 태양광 폐패널로부터 실리콘을 회수하는 단계; (b) 상기 실리콘을 카본 블랙 분말과 혼합하는 단계; (c) 상기 혼합물을 1375~1425 °C의 온도에서 2~6 시간 반응하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 소결된 분말을 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하는, 탄화규소분말의 제조방법을 제공한다. |
