Disclosed is a mobile assistance device for road construction, comprising: a vehicle equipped with, behind the driver's seat, a loading box with a rear bumper installed at the rear to protect workers at construction sites and capable of driving; a sign holder into which a road construction sign placed at a road construction site is slidably inserted; and a pull-out device including a base frame coupled to the upper surface of the loading box along one direction and a pull-out frame entering and exiting the interior of the base frame, wherein the sign holder is coupled to the upper surface of the pull-out frame, so the sign holder is placed inside the loading box when the vehicle is driving, and the sign holder is slidably pulled out to the outside of the loading box while the pull-out frame is pulled out from the base frame when the vehicle arrives at a construction site.
