Disclosed is a wave power generator. The wave power generator of the present invention comprises: a buoy which provides buoyancy; and a power generation unit accommodated inside the buoy and generating an electric power by a wave power applied from the exterior. The power generation unit includes: a wave actuator disposed above the power generation unit, obtaining a bi-directional rotational power by the wave power through at least one main shaft connected to a weight and convert the same into an unidirectional rotational power; an accelerator disposed below the wave actuator, and accelerating and transmitting the rotational power transmitted from the wave actuator to a generator; and the generator disposed under the accelerator and generating the electric power by receiving the accelerated rotational power from the accelerator. Provided is the wave power generator which can be easily utilized and installed. 본 발명은 부력을 제공하는 부이 및 상기 부이의 내측에 수용되어 외부에서 가해지는 파력에 의해 전력을 생산하는 발전 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 발전 유닛은 상기 발전 유닛의 상부에 배치되어 파력에 의한 양방향의 회전력을 무게추와 연결된 적어도 하나의 메인 샤프트를 통해 입수하여 단방향의 회전력으로 변환시키는 웨이브 액츄에이터, 상기 웨이브 액츄에이터의 하부에 배치되어 상기 웨이브 액츄에이터로부터 전달되는 회전력을 가속시켜 발전기로 전달하는 엑셀러레이터 및 상기 엑셀러레이터의 하부에 배치되어 상기 엑셀러레이터로부터 가속된 회전력을 전달받아 전력을 생산하는 제너레이터를 포함하는 파력 발전기를 개시한다.
