Provided in the present invention is a pouch flattening device, at which a brush roller is installed to unfold the deformed portion of a pouch to recover the same. To this end, the pouch flattening device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pouch transporting conveyor which transports a pouch in which food is packaged; a brush roller which is installed across the upper side of the pouch transporting conveyor to be rotated while coming in contact with the deformed portion of the pouch in order to unfold the deformed portion to recover the same in a flat shape; a first detection sensor which detects the introduced pouch after being installed at the introduction side of the brush roller; and a second detection sensor which detects the flattened recovered state of the discharged pouch after being installed at the discharge side of the brush roller. 본 발명의 목적은 브러쉬 롤러를 설치하여 파우치의 변형부를 펼쳐서 복원하는 파우치의 평탄화 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파우치의 평탄화 장치는, 음식물을 포장한 파우치를 이송하는 파우치 이송 컨베이어, 상기 파우치 이송 컨베이어의 상방에 가로질러 설치되어 회전 구동하면서 상기 파우치의 변형부에 접촉되어 상기 변형부를 펼쳐서 평탄하게 복원하는 브러쉬 롤러, 상기 브러쉬 롤러의 유입측에 설치되어 유입되는 상기 파우치를 감지하는 제1감지센서, 및 상기 브러쉬 롤러의 유출측에 설치되어 유출되는 상기 파우치의 평탄하게 복원 상태를 감지하는 제2감지센서를 포함한다.
