Summary:The present invention is to provide a filament handling unit for a winding machine, which can effectively wind a filament around a winding object including a pressure container. In other words, the filament handling unit of the present invention includes: a unit main body (110) having a rotary plate (114) of which a rotation angle is adjustable about a horizontal axis (112); a loading clamp (120) for clamping a filament (10); an install arm (130) which is extendable and contractible between the loading clamp (120) and a winding roller (2) and which has an install roller (132) at an end portion to closely attach the filament (10) to an outer circumferential surface of a winding object (1); a finish roller (140) which protrudes to a position corresponding to the filament (10) while riding a guide rail (142) and which is eccentrically rotated by an eccentric arm (144) to closely attach the filament (10) to the outer circumferential surface of the winding object (1); first and second grippers (150, 150') which clamp the filament (10) between the loading clamp (120) and the finish roller (140); and a knife (160) for cutting the filament (10). When the filament handling unit for a winding machine is used, a structure thereof is improved such that a moving distance of the installation roller is extended by the installation arm and an end region of the filament is closely attached to the outer circumferential surface of the winding object, so that it is possible to significantly reduce a cycle time of an installation process for winding the filament. 본 발명은 압력용기를 포함하는 와인딩대상물에 필라멘트를 효과적으로 와인딩할 수 있는 와인딩머신용 필라멘트 핸들링유니트를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 횡축(112)을 중심으로 회전각도가 조절되는 로터리플레이트(114)가 구비되는 유니트본체(110); 필라멘트(10)를 클램핑하도록 구비되는 로딩클램프(120); 로딩클램프(120)와 와인딩롤러(2) 사이에서 신축 조절 가능하며, 단부에 필라멘트(10)를 와인딩대상물(1) 외주면에 밀착하는 인스톨롤러(132)가 구비되는 인스톨암(130); 가이드레일(142)을 타고 필라멘트(10)와 대응하는 위치까지 돌출되며, 편심암(144)에 의해 편심회전되어 필라멘트(10)를 와인딩대상물(1) 외주면에 밀착하는 피니시롤러(140); 로딩클램프(120)와 피니시롤러(140) 사이에서 필라멘트(10)를 클램핑하도록 구비되는 제 1, 2그리퍼(150)(150'); 및 필라멘트(10)를 커팅하도록 구비되는 나이프(160);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 와인딩머신용 필라멘트 핸들링유니트를 이용하면, 인스톨암에 의해 인스톨롤러의 이동 거리가 확장되면서 필라멘트 단부영역이 와인딩대상물 외주면에 긴밀하게 부착되도록 구조 개선되어 필라멘트를 와인딩하는 인스톨공정의 사이클타임을 대폭 단축할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있는 것이다.
