The present invention relates to an apparatus for operating and controlling a connection and separation system for a casing, capable of connecting a casing which is deeply embedded into the ground for a geological survey or easily separating the connected casing. The apparatus for operating and controlling a connection and separation system for a casing is installed in a drilling machine body fixed around the casing. The apparatus for operating and controlling a connection and separation system for a casing includes: a base plate installed in the drilling machine body and fixed to the left and right of the casing; and a pair of device bodies individually installed in the base plate to have a bilateral symmetric shape around the casing and rotating around a vertical axis by holding the casing. One or more device bodies include: a moving plate installed on the base plate to slide forward and backward toward the casing; a pair of pressing rollers installed in the moving plate and installed to rotate around the vertical axis while being in contact with the surface of the casing; a pressing roller driving unit rotating the pressing roller around the vertical axis; and a moving plate driving unit attaching the pressing roller to the surface of the casing by operating the moving plate forward and backward toward the casing. 본 발명은 지질조사를 위해 지중에 깊이 박히게 되는 케이싱을 서로 연결하거나 연결된 케이싱을 용이하게 분리할 수 있도록 하는 케이싱의 연결 및 분리 시스템 조작 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은, 케이싱 주변에 고정 설치되는 시추기 본체에 설치되는 것으로서; 상기 시추기 본체에 설치되는 것으로서 케이싱의 좌우측에 고정 설치되는 베이스판; 상기 케이싱을 중심으로 좌우 대칭 형태가 되도록 상기 베이스판에 각각 설치되며 상기 케이싱을 파지하여 수직축을 중심으로 회전시키기 위한 한쌍의 장치본체를 포함하며; 상기 장치본체 중 어느 하나 이상은, 상기 케이싱을 향하여 전후방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게끔 상기 베이스판 위에 설치되는 이동대; 상기 이동대에 설치되는 것으로서 상기 케이싱의 표면에 접촉한 상태에서 수직축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 한쌍의 가압롤러; 상기 가압롤러를 수직축을 중심으로 회전시키는 가압롤러구동부; 상기 이동대를 상기 케이싱을 향한 방향으로 전후 기동시킴으로써 상기 가압롤러가 상기 케이싱의 표면에 밀착되도록 하기 위한 이동대구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
