The present invention relates to a combined H-pile spacer and wale support means and a CIP retaining construction method using the same and, more particularly, to a combined H-pile spacer and wale support means, which allows an H-pile to be installed in the center of a drilled hole by using the H-pile spacer in a CIP retaining construction method and allows a wale to be easily installed in the field by using a wale support means even when the H-pile is twisted in a direction different from a planned embedding location, and a CIP retaining construction method using the same. The combined H-pile spacer and wale support means comprises: wale support means having a hollow cylindrical body with a predetermined diameter and length; H-pile spacer means installed in orthogonal directions at inner points having a predetermined length from points at which the inner circumference of both ends of upper and lower portions of the wale support means meets the diameter of the cylindrical body passing through the center point; and fixing means provided at respective points at which the wale support means meet the H-pile spacer means. Therefore, the combined H-pile spacer and wale support means can reduce on-site construction costs, reduce the amount of high-place work when the wale is installed, and reduce the probability of negligent accidents. 본 발명은 엄지말뚝 균등 간격 수단 겸 띠장 받침 수단 및 이를 이용하는 CIP 흙막이 시공 공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 CIP 흙막이 공법에서 엄지말뚝 균등 간격 수단을 이용하여 엄지말뚝이 천공홀의 중앙부에 설치되도록 함과 동시에 계획된 매립 위치와 다른 방향으로 비틀리게 설치되어도 띠장 받침 수단을 이용하여 현장에서 띠장의 설치가 용이하도록 구성한 것이며, 소정의 직경과 길이를 갖는 속이 빈 원통형체로 구성되는 띠장 받침 수단과, 상기 띠장 받침 수단의 상부와 하부의 양쪽 끝단부 내부 원주와 원통형체의 중심점을 통과하는 지름이 만나는 지점으로부터 각각 소정의 길이를 갖는 내측 지점에서 직각방향으로 설치되는 엄지말뚝 균등 간격 수단과, 상기 띠장 받침 수단과 엄지말뚝 균등 간격 수단이 만나는 각 지점의 고정수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엄지말뚝 균등 간격 수단 겸 띠장 받침 수단에 관한 것으로서, 현장 시공비를 감소시키고, 띠장 설치시의 고소작업량을 감소시킴은 물론 안전 사고 발생 확률을 감소시키도록 구성된 것이다.
