According to some embodiments, disclosed is a method of providing agent information by at least one processor of a device. The method comprises the steps of: outputting a list related to provisional refusal applications for which a notice of provisional refusal has been issued among Hague design applications or Madrid international trademark applications for which a first country has been selected as the designated office; and, when a selection input for selecting one item from the list is received, determining whether to output at least one of at least one first email address associated with a first agent corresponding to the selected item and a domain address of a website associated with the first agent.
