In particular, the rolling massage assembly for a spine massage mat can smoothly and stably roll without wheel malfunction, lifting, or shaking, and can operate quietly and smoothly by minimizing noise generated when a slide mechanism is operated by electrically driven chains. 본 발명은 마사지롤러가 체인 전동에 의해 앞뒤로 움직이며 신체의 척추 부위에 밀착해 압력을 가함으로써 허리근육과 등근육 등을 자극하고 지압하여 마사지해주는 대한민국 등록특허 제10-2138204호의 척추 마사지기용 롤링마사지 어셈블리를 개량한 것으로, 특히 바퀴의 작동불량이나 들뜸 및 흔들림 현상 없이 롤링이 원활하고 안정적으로 이루어지고, 아울러 체인 전동에 의한 슬라이드 메커니즘 작동 시 발생하는 소음을 최소화하여 정숙하고 원활하게 작동하는 척추 안마매트용 롤링마사지 어셈블리를 개시한다.
