The present invention relates to a dust-proof film device and, more particularly, to a dust-proof film device for painting work which can prevent scattering of dust by wrapping a painting work space with a dust-proof film when painting the outer wall of a building using a scaffolding in a high-rise building. According to the present invention, the dust-proof film device can be easily installed and recovered during repainting a high-rise building. In addition, it is possible to prevent the scattering of paint spray during a re-painting process and has the advantage of being able to firmly fix the dust-proof film device to the outer wall of the building using a fixing means. 본 발명은 분진 방진막 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고층 건물에서 달비계를 활용하여 건물 외벽 도장작업을 할 때 도장작업공간을 방진막으로 감싸서 분진의 비산을 방지할 수 있는 도장 작업용 분진 방진막 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 즉, 본 발명에 따르면, 고층 건물을 재도장시 용이하게 설치 및 회수할 수 있고, 재도장 과정에서 페인트 스프레이의 비산을 방지할 수 있으며, 고정수단을 이용하여 방진막 장치를 건물 외벽에 단단히 고정시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
