The present invention relates to a method for fixing and separating a weight, which is to separate a fixed weight in a marine environment. According to the present invention, the method comprises: an insertion step of inserting one end of a weight connection part into a connection separation part; a filling step of filling the inside of the connection separation part with a filler made of a plastic material with a low melting point in a state of inserting one end of the weight connection part into the connection separation part; a weight fixing step of solidifying the filler to fix the weight connection part and connecting the weight to the weight connection part; a separation signal step of transmitting a separation signal of the weight connection part to a control part; and a weight separation step of melting the filler by enabling the control unit receiving the separation signal to operate a heating part, and enabling the heating part to heat the inside of the connection separation part. According to the present invention, a separation time can be freely adjusted. 본 발명은 고정된 무게추를 해상환경에서 분리하기 위한 무게추 고정 및 분리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 연결분리부의 내부에 무게추 연결부의 일단부를 삽입하는 삽입 단계, 상기 연결분리부의 내부에 상기 무게추 연결부의 일단부를 삽입한 상태로 상기 연결분리부의 내부에 용융점이 낮은 플라스틱 소재의 충진재를 충진하는 충진 단계, 상기 충진재를 응고하여 상기 무게추 연결부를 고정하고, 상기 무게추 연결부에 무게추를 연결하는 무게추 고정 단계, 제어부에 상기 무게추 연결부의 분리 신호를 전송하는 분리 신호 단계 및 분리 신호를 전송받은 상기 제어부는 가열부를 작동하고, 상기 가열부는 상기 연결분리부의 내부를 가열하여 상기 충진재를 녹이는 무게추 분리 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
