Provided are a method for extracting lithium, a method for producing lithium carbonate using the same, and a method for producing lithium hydroxide using the same, including a step of injecting a phosphorus supply material into a first solution containing lithium cations (Li+) and alkaline earth metal cations to precipitate precipitates containing lithium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, and phosphorus, wherein a total concentration of the alkaline earth metal cations in the first solution is 100,000 mg/L or more.
