Summary:The present invention relates to: a composition for detecting SARS-CoV-2 which enables the detection of even low concentrations of SARS-CoV-2, by utilizing a composite structure capable of amplifying the immune response to be able to detect the low concentrations of SARS-CoV-2, so that detection confirmation particles fixed in a diagnostic kit react with a portion of the composite structure and/or nanoparticles embedded inside the composite structure; a diagnostic kit for SARS-CoV-2 using the same; and a SARS-CoV-2 detection method using the same. 본 발명은 낮은 농도의 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스의 검출이 가능하도록, 면역 반응을 증폭시킬 수 있는 복합 구조체를 활용하여, 진단 키트에 고정된 검출 확인 입자가 복합 구조체의 일부 및/또는 복합 구조체의 내부에 내장된 나노 입자와 반응하여, 낮은 농도의 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스도 검출이 가능하게 하는 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스 검출용 조성물, 이를 이용한 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스 진단 키트 및 이를 이용한 SARS-CoV-2 바이러스 검출 방법에 관한 것이다.
