Summary: | A rotary compressor according to the present invention is such that a vane slot is formed in each cylinder to insert a vane to be able to slide, a suction port is formed on one side in the circumferential direction of the vane slot with a partition wall therebetween, and at least one elastic portion can be formed in a penetrated or recessed manner on at least one circumferential side surface among both circumferential side surfaces of the partition wall or between both the circumferential side surfaces. Accordingly, an elastic strain of the partition wall may increase to reduce friction loss between the vane slot and the vane, a sealing distance may be secured between axial side surfaces of the partition wall to prevent refrigerant leakage between the vane slot and the suction port, and the amount of oil or refrigerant stored between the vane and the vane slot may be increased owing to the formation of the elastic portion on an inner side surface of the vane slot constituting the partition wall, thereby improving lubricity.
본 발명에 따른 로터리 압축기는, 실린더에는 베인이 미끄러지게 삽입되는 베인슬롯이 각각 형성되고, 상기 베인슬롯의 원주방향 일측에는 격벽을 사이에 두고 흡입구가 형성되며, 상기 격벽에는, 양쪽 원주방향 측면 중에서 적어도 어느 한쪽의 원주방향 측면 또는 양쪽 원주방향 측면 사이에서 관통되거나 함몰된 탄성부가 형성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 격벽의 탄성변형률이 증가되어 베인슬롯과 베인 사이의 마찰손실이 감소되고, 격벽의 축방향 측면에 실링거리가 확보되어 베인슬롯과 흡입구 사이에서의 냉매누설을 억제하며, 격벽을 이루는 베인슬롯의 내측면에 탄성부가 형성되어 베인과 베인슬롯 사이에 오일보유량 또는 냉매보유량이 증가하면서 윤활성이 향상될 수 있다. |
