Summary:The present invention relates to a secondary battery manufacturing system having a multi-packaging unit, wherein a plurality of packaging units are arranged in secondary battery manufacturing equipment and a transfer box where an electrode assembly is seated is transferred to each packaging unit by a transfer means. The secondary battery manufacturing system of the present invention comprises: an electrode supply unit having a plurality of stacking devices that supply an electrode assembly where a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a tab welding unit disposed to be adjacent to the electrode supply unit to weld electrode tabs exposed from the electrode assembly in a bundle and connect an electrode lead to seat the electrode assembly on a transfer box; at least one packaging unit disposed to be spaced apart from the tab welding unit to receive the transfer box from the tab welding unit and insert the electrode assembly into an aluminum pouch; at least one temporary buffer disposed on one side of the tab welding unit, where the transfer box is temporarily loaded when the driving of the packaging unit stops; and a transfer means interposed between the tab welding unit and the packaging unit to selectively transfer the transfer box of the tab welding unit or the temporary buffer to the plurality of the packaging units according to the control by a controller. 본 발명은 이차전지 제조설비의 패키징부를 멀티로 구성하고 전극조립체가 안착된 이송함이 이송수단에 의해 각 패키징부로 이송되도록 하는 멀티 패키징부를 갖는 이차전지 제조시스템에 관한 것으로, 복수매의 배터리셀이 적층된 전극조립체를 공급하는 복수개의 스택킹장치가 구비된 전극공급부; 상기 전극공급부와 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 전극조립체로부터 노출된 전극탭을 묶음으로 용접시키고, 전극리드를 연결하여 전극조립체를 이송함에 안착시키는 탭웰딩부; 상기 탭웰딩부와 이격되게 배치되며, 탭웰딩부로부터 이송함을 공급받아 전극조립체를 알루미늄 파우치에 삽입하는 적어도 하나의 패키징부; 상기 탭웰딩부 일측에 배치되며, 상기 패키징부의 구동 정지시 이송함이 임시로 적재되는 적어도 하나의 임시버퍼; 및 상기 탭웰딩부와 패키징부 사이로 배치되며, 콘트롤러의 제어에 따라 상기 탭웰딩부 또는 임시버퍼의 이송함을 복수개의 패키징부에 선택적으로 이송시키는 이송수단;을 포함한다.
