The wet lubricating liquid composition of the present invention includes an extreme pressure antiwear agent, a lubricant, a surfactant, a copper discoloration inhibitor, and ethanol amines or propanol amines. 본 발명은 습식윤활액 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 타이어보강재 스틸코드 생산공정용 친환경 습식윤활액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 습식윤활액 조성물은, 극압 내마모제, 윤활제, 계면활성제, 동변색 방지제와 에탄올 아민류(ethanol amines) 또는 프로판올 아민류(propanol amines)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
