The present invention relates to a container assembly for a soft lipstick formulation. The container assembly of the present invention comprises an upper protective cap, a lower plug, a rotational screw, a protective reception tube, an elevation rod, and an elevation dish, wherein an upper tight contact unit and a lower tight contact unit are formed as a tightly contacting means in an upper part and a lower part of the elevation dish to prevent the lipstick formulation in a form of gel or cream received and moved vertically from flowing down along a circumferential portion of the elevation dish when moved vertically. Accordingly, without the lipstick formation in the form of gel or cream flowing down along the circumferential portion of the elevation dish in a structure of a hard case container, not a tube, vertical movement of the lipstick formulation can be stably realized for use thereof. 본 발명은 소프트 타입 립제형 용기 조립체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 상부보호캡, 하부플러그, 회전스크류, 보호수용관, 승강로드 및 승강접시를 포함하며 승강접시의 상, 하부에 밀착수단으로서의 상부밀착부와 하부밀착부가 형성됨으로써 승강시 승강접시의 둘레부분을 따라 겔이나 크림 성상으로 수용되어 승강하는 립제형이 하향 흘러내리는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 튜브 타입이 아닌 하드 케이스 용기 구조에서 승강접시의 둘레부분을 따라 겔이나 크림 성상 립제형의 흘러내림이 없이 립제형의 사용을 위한 안정적인 승강이 구현될 수 있는 것이다.
