One embodiment of the present invention provides a panel adsorption transfer device for adsorbing and transferring a panel. The panel adsorption transfer device includes: a transfer frame moved by a robot arm for adsorption and transfer of panels; a first adsorbing unit installed on the transfer frame and having a soft surface contacting member surface-contacting the panel during adsorption and an adsorption unit housing surrounding the surface other than the contact surface of the soft surface-contacting member surface-contacting the panel; and a second adsorption unit having a smaller contact surface than the contact surface of the first adsorption unit and adsorbing the panel after the first adsorption unit adsorbs the panel to assist in holding the panel. 본 발명의 일실시예는 패널을 흡착 후 이송하는 패널 흡착 이송 장치에 있어서, 패널 흡착 및 이송을 위해 로봇팔에 의해 이동되는 이송프레임; 상기 이송프레임에 설치되며, 흡착시에 상기 패널에 면접촉하는 소프트 면접촉부재와 상기 패널에 면접촉하는 상기 소프트 면접촉부재의 접촉면을 제외한 나머지 면을 둘러싸는 흡착부 하우징을 가지는 제1 흡착부; 및 상기 제1 흡착부의 접촉면보다 작은 접촉면을 가지고, 제1 흡착부가 상기 패널을 흡착한 후 상기 패널에 흡착하여 상기 패널의 홀딩을 보조하는 제2 흡착부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널 흡착 이송 장치를 제공한다.
