Summary:The present invention relates to a stable ignition method for a gas boiler. When ignition is demanded while the atmospheric temperature of a gas boiler is maintained at an abnormal condition temperature which is lower than a normal condition temperature, the preheating state of the gas boiler or a burner is checked before ignition. When the number of fire loss or the number of ignition failure is confirmed to have not reached the abnormality determination number which is predetermined for the stable ignition of the gas boiler, ignition is performed at the predetermined ignition rotating number of the normal condition. When changes regarding the increase of the air excess rate of mixing gas are confirmed or the abnormality determination number is confirmed to have been reached, ignition is performed at the ignition rotating number of the ideal condition which is predetermined for the stable ignition of the gas boiler. Therefore, according to the present invention, when changes regarding the increase of the air excess rate of the mixing gas are confirmed to have occurred, a fan is operated at the ignition rotating number of the ideal condition which is predetermined for the stable ignition of the gas boiler. Air to make the mixing gas combusted in the burner is supplied by means of an air supply pipeline, before the mixing gas is supplied to the burner so that the burner is ignited. Consequently, unstable ignition, such as initial resonating sounds, lifting, flame scattering, and fire loss, can be prevented when the gas boiler is ignited. In addition, the problems of the corresponding gas boiler regarding excessive carbon monoxide (CO) detection, noise, explosive ignition and the like can be eliminated. 본 발명은 가스보일러 안정 점화 방법에 관한 것으로, 가스보일러의 분위기 온도가 정상조건 온도 보다 더 낮은 이상조건 온도로 유지되는 동안 점화 요구가 있으면 점화 전에 가스보일러 혹은 버너의 예열 상태가 확인되고 실화 회수 혹은 점화 실패 회수가 가스보일러 안정 점화를 위해 정해 놓은 이상 판단 회수에 미도달한 것으로 확인되면 정해 놓은 정상조건의 점화회전수로 점화하고, 혼합가스의 공기 과잉률이 증가하는 변화가 발생한 것으로 확인되거나 상기 이상 판단 회수 도달이 확인되면 가스보일러 안정 점화를 위해 정해 놓은 이상조건의 점화회전수로 점화한다. 본 발명에 따라 혼합가스의 공기 과잉률이 증가하는 변화가 발생한 것으로 확인되는 경우 가스보일러 안정 점화를 위해 정해 놓은 이상조건의 점화회전수로 팬을 작동하여 버너에서 연소하는 혼합가스를 만들기 위한 공기를 급기관로를 통해 급기하고 혼합가스를 버너로 공급하여 버너를 점화하면 가스보일러 점화 시 초기공명음, 리프팅, 불꽃 흩날림, 실화와 같이 불안정한 점화를 방지하고, 해당 가스보일러에서 과도한 일산화탄소(CO) 감지, 소음, 폭발 점화 등의 발생하는 문제점을 모두 해소할 수 있다.
