Summary: | In the present invention, an adhesive composition is not coated on the entire surface of the base film, but coated in a dot form (resulting in the presence of an (unbonded) void between the adhesive layer and the object to be protected) of the protective film. In addition, a UV-curable protective film of the present invention can provide a path in which a gap between the adhesive layer and the object to be protected transport and discharge the foaming gas from the inside of the adhesive layer. As a result, it is possible to more actively generate gas from the foaming agent by resolving the pressure increase inside the adhesive layer.
본 발명은 점착제 조성물을 기재 필름상에 전면을 코팅한 것이 아니라 도트(dot) 형태로 코팅하여(결과적으로 접착제층과 피보호 대상물과의 사이에 (미접착된) 공극이 존재함) 보호필름의 탈착력을 낮출 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 자외선 경화형 보호필름은 접착제층과 피보호 대상물과의 사이의 공극(틈)이 점착제층 내부에서 발포 기체를 이송 및 배출하는 경로를 제공할 수 있고, 결과적으로 접착층 내부의 압력 증가를 해소시켜 발포제로부터 기체 발생을 좀 더 활발하게 할 수 있다. |
