Summary:The present invention relates to a bag-shaped cooker using sous-vide recipes, which is configured to have a shape of a bag so that it is easy to carry the same, has a planar heating element heating the whole surfaces including an upper surface and a lower surface, and uses a controller to heat the food for a long time at a low temperature, thereby heating and cooking the food in the sous-vide manner without the need for water to minimize destroying of nutrients which occurs in a process of heating the food and heat and cook the vacuum-packaged or sealed food at a low temperature for a long time in places such as the outdoor place where direct cooking using a fire is difficult. In addition, the cooker of the present invention is formed in a flexible structure where the upper and lower surfaces of the main body of the bag can be bent to the left and the right, and upward and downward such that the surfaces are joined to surround the external side of the food introduced into a pocket unit, thereby evenly heating the parts of the food to enhance the cooking performance of the food. 본 발명은 가방 형태로 구성되어 휴대가 용이하고 상면과 하면에 전체면에서 발열하는 면상 발열체가 구비되고 조절기에 의해 저온의 온도로 장시간 가열하도록 함으로써, 물이 필요 없는 수비드 방식으로 음식물을 가열 조리하게 되어 음식물의 가열과정에서 발생하는 영양소 파괴를 최소화할 수 있고, 불에 의한 직접 취사가 어려운 야외 등의 장소에서 진공포장되거나 밀봉 포장된 음식물을 저온의 온도에서 장시간 가열하여 조리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 가방 본체의 상,하면이 상,하 좌,우로 구부러지는 플렉시블한 구조로 형성되므로, 상기 포켓부 내에 투입되는 음식물의 외측을 감싸도록 결합됨에 따라 음식물 부위별로 골고루 가열할 수 있게 되어 음식물의 조리성이 향상되도록 그 구조가 개선된 수비드식 가방형 음식 조리기에 관한 것이다.
