Summary:The present invention relates to a railing installation structure for bridge sidewalks and pedestrian overpasses, which can exclude the need for support structures such as curbs, etc. by applying a side-fixed type to the installation of a railing structure in a bridge with sidewalks or an overpass. Consequently, it becomes possible to decrease the overall width of the railing as compared to the bridge or overpass, leading to cost savings in construction and improved aesthetic appearance. More specifically, railing installation structure for bridge sidewalks and pedestrian overpasses comprises: connecting brackets coupled at regular intervals along a sidewall of a slab constituting the bridge or overpass; posts coupled to upper portions of the connecting brackets in a vertical direction; and one or more horizontal bars coupled in parallel to both mutually adjacent posts. 본 발명은 보도가 설치되는 교량이나 육교 등에 난간구조물을 정착함에 있어 측벽 고정식을 적용함으로써 난간의 지지구조물로 마련되어야 하는 연석 등을 배제할 수 있게 되고 그에 따라 교량 내지 육교에 대한 전체 폭원의 축소 설계가 가능하여 시공비용의 절감과 미관이 향상될 수 있는 교량보도 및 육교용 난간 설치 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 교량 또는 육교를 구성하는 슬래브의 측벽을 따라 일정 간격으로 결합되는 연결브라켓; 상기 연결브라켓의 상부에 연직방향으로 결합되는 지주; 및 상호 인접하는 양 지주 간에 평행하게 결합되는 하나 이상의 가로바;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
