Summary:The present invention relates to a method for preparing a radish sprout extract with increased content of sulforapine, a radish sprout extract with increased content of sulforapine obtained through the method, a pharmaceutical composition and food composition for preventing or treating obesity, fatty liver, or metabolic syndrome containing the radish sprout extract, and a feed additive composition for prevention or alleviation. According to the method of one aspect, an extract including a large amount of isothiocyanate containing sulforapine can be prepared from radish sprouts through an optimal preparing method and preparing process. In addition, the content of isothiocyanate containing sulforapine is increased compared to a conventional extraction method, the extract can be widely used in pharmaceutical, plant and feed additive compositions for preventing, alleviating or treating obesity, fatty liver, or metabolic syndrome. 설포라핀의 함량을 증대시킨 무순 추출물의 제조방법, 상기 방법을 통하여 수득한 설포라핀의 함량이 증대된 무순 추출물, 및 상기 무순 추출물을 포함하는 비만, 지방간, 또는 대사증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 식품 조성물 및 예방 또는 개선용 사료 첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 일 양상의 방법은 최적의 제조방법 및 제조공정을 통하여 무순으로부터 설포라핀을 포함한 이소티오시아네이트를 다량 함유하는 추출물을 제조할 수 있다. 또한 상기 추출물은 통상의 방법에 의한 추출방법보다 설포라핀을 포함한 이소티오시아네이트의 함량이 증대되어 있으므로 비만, 지방간, 또는 대사증후군의 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 약학, 식물 및 사료 첨가제 조성물로 널리 활용될 수 있다.
