Summary:A cranial remolding helmet in which inner and outer layers are separately manufactured of the present invention is manufactured by: processing tasks of 3D scanning the shape of a head, printing a 3D head shape model, distinguishing protruding portions and recessed portions and correcting the same, and forming a standard model, as a simulation work on a computer; and producing a simulation cranial remolding helmet file by simulating a cranial remolding helmet on a modified 3D head shape model file. The simulation cranial remolding helmet file is composed of an outer layer and an inner layer, and in this case, the outer layer of the simulation cranial remolding helmet may include a body portion covering the protruding portions and the recessed portions, and air circulation holes or lattice structures corresponding to the recessed portions. According to the present invention, modification of the inner layer of the cranial remolding helmet can be performed without using a special modification machine. 본 발명의 내외피 분리제작형 두상 교정모는, 두상을 3D 스캔하여 3차원 두상 모형을 프린팅하여 돌출부와 오목부를 구분하고 수정하여 표준 모형하는 작업을 컴퓨터 상에서 시뮬레이션 작업으로 처리하고, 이렇게 수정된 3차원 두상 모형 파일에 두상 교정모를 시뮬레이션 하여 시뮬레이션 두상 교정모 파일을 제작한다. 이 시뮬레이션 두상 교정모 파일은 외피와 내피 부분으로 구성되며, 이때 시뮬레이션 교정모의 외피는 돌출부와 오목부를 덮는 본체부와 오목부에 대응하는 공기순환구멍 또는 격자 구조를 포함할 수 있다.
