The present invention relates to a fish roaster for grilling while transporting fish. The fish roaster comprises: supports formed in the longitudinal direction to form a support structure; a caterpillar transfer unit supported by the supports, rotated by a motor, and transported with a fish placed thereon; a plurality of burner units for transferring heat from an upper portion of the caterpillar transfer unit downward toward the caterpillar transfer unit; and rails connected to the supports and extending along both sides of the caterpillar transfer unit. Each of the burner units is supported on the rails and is movable along the rails.
