Summary:The present invention relates to an equipment monitoring system via vibration sensing which comprises: a motion data collection unit for collecting motion data including rotational speed data, bearing frequency data, magnetic rotation frequency data, and power supply frequency data of a main shaft (hydraulic chuck) which rotates in response to the operation of CNC multifunction equipment; a vibration sensing unit for sensing vibration data by providing a vibration sensor at a preset location of the equipment; an abnormal vibration calculation unit for calculating abnormal vibration data by using the rotational speed data collected from the equipment and the vibration data; a defect diagnosis unit for diagnosing the type of defect and the cause of the defect in the equipment, based on all data collected from the motion data collection unit and the abnormal vibration data; a communication monitoring unit for receiving and monitoring the type of the defect and the cause of the defect, which are diagnosed by the defect diagnosis unit, in real time and transmitting the same to a manager's terminal; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the equipment in response to the type of the defect in the equipment, which is received from the defect diagnosis unit. The present invention can determine whether there is a defect and a type of defect of equipment by collecting operation data through a sensor provided on the equipment. 본 발명은 진동 센싱을 통한 설비 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, CNC복합기 설비의 동작에 대응하여 회전하는 주축(유압척)의 회전속도 데이터, 베어링 주파수 데이터, 자기 회전 주파수 데이터 및 전원 주파수 데이터를 포함하는 동작 데이터를 수집하는 동작 데이터수집부, 상기 설비의 기설정된 위치에 진동 감지센서를 마련하여 진동 데이터를 센싱하는 진동감지부, 상기 설비에서 수집된 회전속도 데이터와 상기 진동 데이터를 이용하여 이상진동 데이터를 산출하는 이상진동 산출부, 상기 동작 데이터수집부에서 수집된 모든 데이터 및 상기 이상진동 데이터에 기초하여 상기 설비의 결함종류 및 결함원인을 진단하는 결함진단부, 상기 결함진단부에서 진단한 결함종류 및 결함원인을 실시간으로 수신하여 모니터링하고, 관리자의 단말기로 송신하는 통신모니터링부 및 상기 결함진단부로부터 수신한 상기 설비의 결함종류에 대응하여 상기 설비의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
