Summary:Disclosed are a ground-underground road traffic demand control method and a device thereof. The ground-underground road traffic demand control method includes the steps of: (a) collecting detection results of detecting vehicle traffic at a main entrance to an underground road and an entrance to a connecting ramp in a target road section, wherein the detection results are traffic volume and vehicle speed according to vehicle traffic; (b) deriving an index level of traffic congestion and delay in the underground road using the detection result; and (c) performing step-by-step traffic demand control using the index level of traffic congestion and delay in the underground road. 지상-지하 도로 교통 수요 제어 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 지상-지하 도로 교통 수요 제어 방법은 (a) 대상 도로 구간에서 지하도로 주진입부와 연결 램프 진입부에서 차량 통행을 감지한 감지 결과를 각각 수집하는 단계-상기 감지 결과는 차량 통행에 따른 교통량과 차량 속도임; (b) 상기 감지 결과를 이용하여 지하도로 교통 지정체 인덱스 레벨을 도출하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 지하도로 교통 지정체 인덱스 레벨을 이용하여 단계별 교통 수요 제어를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
