Summary:The present invention relates to a water cooling grate with improved water cooling efficiency. The water cooling grate comprises: a grate member (110) having a grate surface (112) formed on the upper side of a grate body (111) formed in a predetermined size, a first space part (116) and a second space part (117) formed to be divided by a middle partition (115) such that the bottom of the grate surface (112) can be cooled, and coupling groove parts (123, 124) formed in the grate body (111) such that another adjacent grate body (111) can be mutually connected and installed; a grate connection member (130) inserted into each of the coupling groove parts (123, 124) to connect a pair of adjacent grate bodies (111) with each other; and a wedge member (150) interposed between the grate bodies (111) and the grate connection member (130) to fix the grate connection member (130). The grate surface can be cooled by the coolant flowing through the first and second space parts formed in the bottom of the grate surface, and a transfer time and a contact area of the coolant can be maximized since the coolant flows along a flow path formed by a flow path partition of the first and second space parts, thus maintaining the grate body in a low-temperature state, which can lead to an improvement in the durability of the grate body. 본 발명은 수냉 효율이 향상된 수냉식 화격자에 관한 것으로, 소정의 크기로 형성된 화격자본체(111)의 상면에 형성되는 화상면(112)과, 상기 화상면(112)의 저면에 냉각이 이루어지도록 중간구획판(115)에 의해 구획되게 형성된 제1 공간부(116)와 제2 공간부(117)와, 인접한 다른 화격자본체(111)를 서로 연결시켜 설치할 수 있도록 상기 화격자본체(111)에 결합홈부(123, 124)가 형성된 화격자부재(110); 상기 결합홈부(123, 124)에 각각 끼워져 인접한 한 쌍의 화격자본체(111)를 서로 연결시키는 화격자연결부재(130); 상기 화격자본체(111)와 화격자연결부재(130) 사이에 끼워져 상기 화격자연결부재(130)를 고정시키는 쐐기부재(150)를 마련하여 화상면의 저면에 형성된 제1 공간부와 제2 공간부를 지나는 냉각수에 의해 화상면을 냉각시킬 수 있고, 제1 공간부와 제2 공간부의 유로구획판에 의해 형성된 유로를 따라 이동되므로 냉각수의 이동 시간 및 접촉 면적이 최대화 되며, 이로 인해 화격자본체를 저온의 상태로 유지시킬 수 있어 화격자본체의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
