The present disclosure relates to a device and method for generating a predictive ruling based on an artificial intelligence, wherein the present disclosure enables to generate a reasoning process that corresponds to a ruling part of a judge that leads to a desired result of a user (ruling comprising an order) from a relevance fact, a claim of a plaintiff, and a claim of a defendant, thereby having an effect of obtaining different predictive rulings from each other as the user changes the fact, the claim of the plaintiff, and the claim of the defendant. 본 개시는 인공지능 기반의 예측 판결문 생성 장치, 방법에 관한 것으로, 주어진 사실관계, 원고의 주장 및 피고의 주장으로부터 사용자가 원하는 결과(주문을 포함하는 판결문)에 이르는 판사의 판단 부분에 해당되는 추론 과정을 생성할 수 있으며, 사용자가 사실관계, 원고의 주장 및 피고의 주장을 변경함에 따라 서로 다른 예측 판결문을 획득할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
