The overflow detection/warning device includes a fixed post, an elevating post, a buoyancy body, a wire, an absolute position sensor, a flow sensor, a wireless communication module, and an overflow warning device. 본 발명은 사전에 설정되는 단위 지구, 예를 들어 각 지자체를 대상으로 홍수 및 그에 따른 하천 범람 등 여러 재난 재해에 대해 예방 및 조기 대응 체제의 구축이 가능해 지고, 이를 통해 해당 지역 내 시민의 안전 및 재산 보호가 구현될 수 있도록 하는 재난재해 조기경보 통합관리 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 재난재해 조기경보 통합관리 모니터링 시스템은 재난재해 조기경보 통합관리서버, 계측기 그룹, 모니터부, 상기 계측기 그룹 내 계측기의 한 형태인 하천 범람 감지/경고 기기를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 범람 감지/경고 기기는 고정 포스트, 승강 포스트, 부력체, 와이어, 절대위치센서, 유속센서, 무선통신모듈 및 범람 경고 장치를 포함하여 구성된다.
