The present invention relates to a method for detecting whether or not an NFT digital asset is copyright infringed, comprising: a step of receiving the image information issued as an NFT asset; a step of extracting a feature of the received image information, and searching for a similar image based on the extracted feature; a step of determining whether the searched similar image infringes a copyright of an original copyright holder's image; a step of collecting the transaction information of searched similar image when determined to be infringed; and a step of generating the infringement information of the collected similar image as visualization data and transmitting thereof to an account of the original copyright holder. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enabling to easily search for a copyright image and a similar image. 본 발명은 NFT 디지털 자산의 저작권 침해 여부 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, NFT 자산으로 발행된 이미지 정보를 수신하는 단계; 수신된 이미지 정보의 특징을 추출하여, 추출된 특징에 기반하여 유사 이미지를 검색하는 단계; 검색된 유사 이미지가 원저작권자의 이미지의 저작권을 침해하는 것인지를 판단하는 단계; 침해로 판단되는 경우, 검색된 유사 이미지의 거래 정보를 수집하는 단계; 및 상기 수집된 유사 이미지의 침해 정보를 시각화 자료로 생성하여 원저작권자 계정으로 전송하는 단계;를 포함한다.
