Summary: | The present invention relates to a fuel cell power generation system and a vessel equipped with the system. The fuel cell power generation system (100), according to the present invention, comprises: an ammonia reformer (320) thermally decomposing ammonia; a cooler (380) cooling the high-temperature mixed gas containing undecomposed ammonia, hydrogen, and nitrogen discharged from the ammonia reformer (320); an ammonia adsorber (330) adsorbing undecomposed ammonia in the mixed gas cooled from the cooler (380); a nitrogen adsorber (340) adsorbing nitrogen from the mixed gas in which undecomposed ammonia is adsorbed through the ammonia adsorber (330); and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell unit (360) generating power using hydrogen decomposed from ammonia, wherein the ammonia adsorber (330) is regenerated through the high-temperature mixed gas discharged from the ammonia reformer (320). The present invention can provide a fuel cell power generation system suitable for ships or vehicles, comprising a polymer electrolyte fuel cell unit capable of operating at a relatively low temperature without leakage of electrolyte.
