Summary:A method for manufacturing a pumpkin juice beverage according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pumpkin mixture input step of inputting a pumpkin mixture including pumpkin and squash into an extraction tank; an extraction tank heating step of heating the extraction tank to an enzyme activation temperature of a cell wall decomposition enzyme that hydrolyzes at least some of components constituting a pumpkin cell wall; a stirring step of mixing the cell wall decomposition enzyme with the pumpkin mixture and performing a stirring operation while maintaining the extraction tank at the enzyme activation temperature; an enzyme treatment step of hydrolyzing at least some of the components constituting the pumpkin cell wall by performing an enzyme treatment on the pumpkin mixture at the enzyme activation temperature; a heating extraction step of performing a heating extraction treatment on the enzyme-treated pumpkin mixture; and a pulverization step of performing a pulverization treatment on the heating-extracted pumpkin mixture.
