Summary:According to the present invention, disclosed are a non-invasive blood glucose measurement system and an operating method thereof which process a finger color image photographed by a camera to obtain a PPG waveform, integrate the PPG waveform to derive a PPG area, differentiate the PPG waveform twice to derive an APG waveform, and measure blood glucose by using the PPG area and the maximum point and the minimum point of the APG waveform together. 본 발명은 카메라로 촬영된 손가락 컬러영상을 처리하여 PPG파형을 획득하고, PPG파형을 적분하여 PPG면적을 도출하며, PPG파형을 두 번 미분하여 APG파형을 도출하고, PPG면적 및 APG파형의 최대점과 최소점을 함께 이용하여 혈당을 측정하는 비침습 혈당측정 시스템 및 그 동작방법을 개시한다.
