The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for processing case data based on artificial intelligence. A method for processing case data based on artificial intelligence, according to an embodiment of the present, comprises the steps of: collecting at least one case data; classifying at least one case data using an artificial intelligence-based pre-learning model, and forwarding the at least one case data to a first module or a second module according to a result of the classification; checking, by the first module, coordinate information for each component included in the at least one case data, labeling the corresponding case data with the coordinate information, and transmitting the data to the second module; determining, by the second module, whether the at least one case data and the labeled at least one case data are machine readable; and recognizing a document based on an algorithm corresponding to the determination result and storing the processed case data in a database. Therefore, various services such as case search and matching can be provided based on the built database. 본 발명은 인공지능 기반의 판례 데이터 가공 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인공지능 기반의 판례 데이터 가공 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터를 수집하는 단계; 인공지능 기반의 사전 학습 모델을 이용하여 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터를 분류하고, 상기 분류 결과에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터를 각각 제1 모듈 또는 제2 모듈로 전달하는 단계; 제1 모듈이 상기 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터에 포함된 각 구성요소에 대한 좌표 정보를 확인하고, 상기 좌표 정보를 해당 판례 데이터에 라벨링 하여 상기 제2 모듈로 전달하는 단계; 제2 모듈이 상기 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터 및 상기 라벨링 된 적어도 하나의 판례 데이터에 대한 기계 판독 가능 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 판단 결과에 대응하는 알고리즘을 기반으로 문서를 인식하여 가공된 판례 데이터를 데이터 베이스에 저장하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
