According to an underground switchgear of the present invention, the underground switchgear comprises: a barrier formed with a space part; a pair of fixed contact points wherein an inclined surface is formed in the space part of the barrier, and provided on each of the inclined surface; a shaft composed by penetrating the barrier, and penetrating between the pair of fixed contact points; a length extension part rotatably provided on an upper part of the space part, and capable of extending and contracting a length; a connection port provided at an end part of the length extension part; and a moving arm wherein one end is provided on the shaft and the other end is provided on the connection port, which rotates the connection port by a rotational motion of the shaft to connect to and disconnect from the fixed contact point.
