The present invention relates to a system for decontaminating and measuring a radioactive material of a waste wire. The system includes: a waste wire pre-processing decontaminating unit including a first roller transferring unit which transfers a waste wire and a spray decontaminating unit which is installed in the first roller transferring unit and which sprays dry ice to the transferred waste wire by using a spray gun to remove and exhaust a radioactive material accumulated on a surface; and a decontamination inspection unit including a second roller transferring unit which transfers the pre-processed and decontaminated waste wire and a radioactive measurement unit which is mounted to an upper part of the transferred waste wire and which detects radioactivity emitted from the surface of the waste wire. 본 발명은 폐전선을 이송하는 제1롤러이송부, 및 상기 제1롤러이송부 내 설치되며, 스프레이건을 이용하여 드라이아이스를 상기 이송중인 폐전선에 분사하여 표면에 축적된 방사성 물질을 제거하고 배기하는 분사제염부를 포함하는 폐전선 전처리 제염부; 및 전처리 제염된 폐전선을 이송하는 제2롤러이송부, 및 상기 제2롤러이송부 내 설치되며, 이송되는 폐전선의 상부에 장착되고 폐전선의 표면으로부터 방출되는 방사능을 검출하는 방사능 측정부를 포함하는 제염검사부;를 포함하는 폐전선 방사성 물질 제염 및 측정시스템을 제공한다.
