The present invention proposes a welding device and welding method that do not use wire or solder such as a welding rod, have a simple welding process and are inexpensive, and properly seal to conform to the shape of the corner of a metal outer wall panel. The welding device comprises a welding tip for welding the corners of outer wall panels, and a slope adjusting unit for adjusting the slope of the end of the welding tip with respect to the outer wall panel. In the corner of the outer wall panel including the overlapped portion where first and second side walls overlap, a bent portion and a flat portion are sequentially welded. 용접봉과 같은 선재, 땜납을 사용하지 않고, 용접과정이 간단하고 비용이 저렴하며, 금속제 외벽판넬 코너의 형상에 부합되도록 적절하게 밀봉하는 용접장치 및 그 용접방법을 제시한다. 그 장치 및 방법은 외벽판넬의 코너를 용접하는 용접팁 및 외벽판넬에 대한 용접팁의 단부의 경사도를 조절하는 경사조절부를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2 측벽이 중첩된 중첩부를 포함하는 외벽판넬 코너는 절곡부 및 평탄부가 순차적으로 용접이 이루어진다.
