The present invention relates to a device for automatically assembling a headless bolt including a bolt main body having a tool insertion groove formed on one side and a reinforcement insertion groove formed on the other side, and a reinforcement inserted into the reinforcement insertion groove of the bolt main body. Disclosed is a device for automatically assembling a headless bolt comprising: an index plate having a plurality of seating grooves arranged along an outer periphery into which the bolt main body can be inserted; a back plate installed behind the index plate to support one side of the bolt body inserted into the seating groove; a driving unit for allowing the index plate to rotate in connection with the index plate to allow the each seating groove to rotate step by step so as to pass through a supply position specified at an upper end of the index plate, an assembly position specified at one end, and a discharge position specified at a lower end of the index plate; a main body supply unit for supplying the bolt main body to the seating groove disposed at the supply position by aligning and transporting the bolt main body so that the reinforcement insertion groove faces the front of the index plate; a reinforcement supply unit for supplying a reinforcement to the front of the bolt main body inserted into the seating groove of the assembly position by arranging and transporting the reinforcement and arranging the reinforcement in front of the seating groove disposed at the assembly position; and a reinforcement pressing unit configured to press the reinforcement disposed in front of the seating groove backward to insert the reinforcement into the reinforcement insertion groove of the bolt main body. 본 발명은 일측에 공구삽입홈이 형성되며 타측에 보강재삽입홈이 형성된 볼트본체와, 상기 볼트본체의 보강재삽입홈에 삽입되는 보강재를 포함하는 무두볼트를 자동조립하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 볼트본체가 삽입될 수 있도록 외주연을 따라 배열된 다수의 안착홈을 갖는 인덱스플레이트; 상기 인덱스플레이트의 후방에 설치되어 상기 안착홈에 삽입된 볼트본체의 일측을 지지하는 백플레이트; 상기 인덱스플레이트와 연결되어 인덱스플레이트를 회전시킴으로써, 상기 각 안착홈이 상기 인덱스플레이트의 상단에 특정된 공급위치와, 일단에 특정된 조립위치와, 하단에 특정된 배출위치를 경유하도록 단계적으로 회전이동되게 하는 구동부; 상기 볼트본체를 정렬 및 이송하여 상기 보강재삽입홈이 상기 인덱스플레이트의 전방을 향하도록 볼트본체를 상기 공급위치에 배치된 안착홈에 공급하는 본체공급부; 상기 보강재를 정렬 및 이송하여 상기 조립위치에 배치된 안착홈의 전방에 배치함으로써, 보강재를 상기 조립위치의 안착홈에 삽입되어 있는 볼트본체의 전방으로 공급하게 되는 보강재공급부; 및 상기 안착홈의 전방에 배치된 보강재를 후방으로 가압하여 상기 볼트본체의 보강재삽입홈에 삽입하는 보강재가압부;를 포함하는 무두볼트용 자동조립장치를 개시한다.
