The present invention relates to a camera module packaging apparatus. As a thin film is integrally transferred with an adhesive film to be moved downward by a collection roller from an end of a workbench, camera module elements attached to the thin film are separated and exposed to the end of the workbench, and, here, an adsorption transfer device simultaneously adsorbs the camera module elements in a column direction, separated and exposed to the end of the workbench, and places the camera module elements to be attached to a package film, thereby transferring the package film in which the camera module elements are packaged, through a transfer conveyor. In accordance with the present invention, since a plurality of camera module elements attached on a thin film in row and column directions are transferred, there is no risk of causing a direction thereof to be refracted by an external factor (for example, a shock or a draught) during a moving procedure; as the thin film attached on an adhesive film is integrally moved with the adhesive film, the plurality of camera module elements can be transferred while kept accurately placed; as the adhesive film and the thin film are moved downward from an end of a workbench, the camera module elements attached on the thin film are separated and exposed to the end of the workbench, thereby being easily adsorbed by an adsorption transfer device; and as the camera module elements are separated from the thin film and, at the same time, adsorbed by the adsorption transfer device, the camera module elements are adsorbed by the adsorption transfer device to be kept in a row. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving work efficiency and productivity, and improving the reliability of the product. 본 발명은 카메라 모듈 포장장치에 관한 것으로, 박막필름이 접착필름에 의해 일체로 이송되어 작업대 말단에서 회수롤러에 의해 하방으로 이동되면서, 박막필름에 부착된 카메라 모듈 소자를 작업대 말단으로 분리 노출하되, 이때, 흡착이송장치가 작업대 말단으로 분리 노출된 열 방향의 카메라 모듈 소자를 동시에 흡착하고, 이 흡착된 카메라 모듈 소자가 포장필름에 부착되도록 안착시켜, 이송컨베이어로 카메라 모듈 소자가 포장된 포장필름을 이송한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 카메라 모듈 소자를 박막필름 상에 열 및 행 방향으로 복수개 부착한 상태로 이송하여, 이동 과정에서 외부요인(예컨대, 충격 또는 외풍)에 의해 방향이 틀어질 우려가 없고, 박막필름을 접착필름에 부착한 상태로 접착필름과 일체로 이동시켜, 복수개의 카메라 모듈 소자가 정확하게 배치된 상태를 유지하면서 이송되며, 접착필름 및 박막필름을 작업대 말단에서 하방으로 이동시키면서, 박막필름에 부착된 카메라 모듈 소자가 작업대 말단으로 분리 노출되도록 하여, 흡착이송장치로 카메라 모듈 소자를 손쉽게 흡착할 수 있고, 박막필름에서 카메라 모듈 소자를 분리함과 동시에 흡착이송장치로 흡착하여, 카메라 모듈 소자가 일렬 상태를 유지하도록 흡착이송장치에 흡착된다.
