The present invention relates to a polyurea resin coating waterproofing material with improved antibacterial properties and, more specifically, to a polyurea resin coating waterproofing material with improved anti-fouling resistance and antibacterial properties by containing a silver nanocomponent as a main raw material along with an anti-settling agent and an ultraviolet ray stabilizer. In addition, the polyurea resin coating waterproofing material with improved antibacterial properties makes the antibacterial performance of the silver nanocomponent implemented and prevents the same from being reduced in the process of mixing the paint by activating the antibacterial function of the silver nanocomponent in the process of curing the paint after being used as the paint. 본 발명은 항균성이 향상된 폴리우레아 수지 도막 방수재에 관한 것이다.부연하면, 주원료에 침강방지제 및 자외선 안정제와 더불어, 은나노 성분이 함유되어 내오염이 향상되고 항균성이 향상된 폴리우레아 수지 도박 방수재에 관한 것이다.또한, 도료로서 사용된 후 도료가 경화되는 과정에서 은나노 성분의 항균기능이 활성화될 수 있도록 함으로써, 도료 혼합시 은나노 성분의 항균성능이 발현되어 저하되지 않도록 할 수 있는, 항균성이 향상된 폴리우레아 수지 도막 방수재에 관한 것이다.
