Summary:Provided is a phenolic foam which comprises: a foaming agent including a first foaming agent and a second foaming agent, wherein the first foaming agent is a cyclic alkane having 6 or less carbon atoms, the second foaming agent is a linear or branched chlorinated aliphatic alkane having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, the boiling point of the first foaming agent is higher than that of the second foaming agent, the weight ratio of the first foaming agent to the second foaming agent is 5.5 : 4.5 to 7.5 : 2.5, and the average value (Δ1) of the dimensional change rate according to equation 1 before and after being left at -15 ℃ for 7 days is less than 1.5 %. 제1 발포제 및 제2 발포제를 포함하는 발포제를 포함하고, 상기 제1 발포제는 탄소수 6 이하의 고리형 알칸이고, 상기 제2 발포제는 탄소수 3 내지 6 의 직사슬형 또는 분기형의 염소화 지방족 알칸이고, 상기 제1 발포제의 비점이 상기 제2 발포제의 비점보다 높고, 상기 제1 발포제: 상기 제2 발포제의 중량비가 5.5:4.5 내지 7.5:2.5이고, -15℃ 에서 7 일 동안 방치한 전후의 식 1에 의한 치수 변화율의 평균 값(△1)은 1.5% 이하인 페놀 발포체가 제공된다.
