Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing biodegradable polymeric microspheres capable of encapsulating water-soluble bioactive substances in low loss and high content through double encapsulation, and more particularly, to a method for effectively encapsulating water-soluble bioactive substances such as water-soluble vitamins and water-soluble peptides into microspheres of a certain size. Microspheres encapsulated with water-soluble bioactive substances according to the present invention can obtain uniform and constant microspheres with high drug content and encapsulation rate without using a hydrophilic organic solvent. In addition, drug-encapsulated microspheres can be made into a freeze-dried formulation for topical administration and used as sustained-release long-acting medicines, tissue regeneration medical devices, cosmetic microbeads, and cosmetic compositions.
본 발명은 이중 봉입을 통해 수용성 생리활성 물질을 저손실 고함량으로 봉입할 수 있는 생분해성 고분자 미립구의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 수용성 비타민, 수용성 펩타이드와 같은 수용성 생리활성 물질들을 일정한 크기의 미립구에 효과적으로 봉입할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수용성 생리활성 물질이 봉입된 미립구는 친수성 유기용매를 사용하지 않으면서도 약물의 함량과 봉입율이 높고, 균일하고 일정한 미립구를 얻을 수 있다. 또한 약물이 봉입된 미립구는 국소투여를 위한 동결건조 제형으로 만들어 서방형 장기지속 의약품, 조직재생 의료기기, 화장료 마이크로비드, 화장료 조성물로 활용할 수 있다. |
