Summary:A direct and indirect double heat exchange energy recovery system and recovery method of a hydrothermal carbonization process are introduced. The energy recovery system comprises: a storage tank capable of storing organic waste and preheating the organic waste to a predetermined preheating temperature using recovered heat; a hydrothermal carbonization reactor generating a hydrothermal carbonization reaction product by receiving the organic waste preheated in the storage tank and heating the same to a predetermined hydrothermal reaction temperature; a hydrothermal carbonization heat recovery tank recovering heat from the hydrothermal carbonization reaction product supplied from the hydrothermal carbonization reactor; and a nitrogen recovery reactor degassing nitrogen in the hydrothermal carbonization reaction product supplied from the hydrothermal carbonization heat recovery tank, wherein the hydrothermal carbonization heat recovery tank provides a part of the heat recovered from the hydrothermal carbonization reaction product to the storage tank as the recovered heat, and a part of the heat recovered from the hydrothermal carbonization heat recovery tank can be provided to the nitrogen recovery reactor as reaction heat for nitrogen recovery. According to the present invention, in converting the organic waste into energy, stable mechanical operation and economical treatment are possible. 수열탄화공정의 직간접 이중열교환 에너지 회수시스템 및 회수방법이 소개된다. 이 중에서 에너지 회수시스템은 유기성폐기물이 저장 가능하고 회수열을 이용하여 유기성폐기물을 기 설정된 예열 온도로 예열하는 저장조와, 저장조에서 예열된 유기성폐기물을 공급받아 기 설정된 수열반응온도로 가열하여 수열탄화 반응물을 생성하는 수열탄화 반응기와, 수열탄화 반응기로부터 공급받은 수열탄화 반응물로부터 열을 회수하는 수열탄화 열회수조와, 수열탄화 열회수조에서 공급받은 수열탄화 반응물 내 질소를 탈기하는 질소회수 반응기를 포함하고, 수열탄화 열회수조는 수열탄화 반응물로부터 회수된 일부 열을 회수열로서 저장조에 제공하고, 수열탄화 열회수조로부터 회수된 일부 열을 질소회수를 위한 반응열로서 질소회수 반응기에 제공할 수 있다.
