The present invention relates to a novel variant of ATP synthase and a method for producing L-aromatic amino acids using the same. In the variant of ATP synthase, one or more amino acids in an amino acid sequence constituting ATP synthase are substituted to change the enzymatic activity so that a recombinant microorganism comprising the mutation can efficiently produce L-aromatic amino acids. 본 발명은 ATP 신타아제 신규 변이체 및 이를 이용한 L-방향족 아미노산 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 ATP 신타아제 변이체는 ATP 신타아제를 구성하는 아미노산 서열 중 하나 이상의 아미노산이 치환됨으로써 효소 활성이 변화되어, 이를 포함하는 재조합 미생물은 L-방향족 아미노산을 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다.
